Fifteen ladies participated today. :+) It was sunny, but a little cool, great golf weather! Four ladies had chip-ins!..so they split the pot evenly and left the remainder in the pot for next week. The chip in winners are:

Weekly Play Day... May 20th

Tee time tomorrow is 10:00 am. The game is low gross and low putts. We will pay out in flights. We also are starting a "Chip-Ins" pot.. It's $1.00 to get in and if anyone gets a chip in they win the pot. If there is more than one, they will split it. If no one gets a chip in, the pot gets carried over into the next week and grows! Thirty-eight ladies participated in a really great tournament. The gals who organized it did a wonderful job! I wasn't the best photographer and I don't have results to publish, but I hope these photos will make you smile and get a feel for the tourney.

Golf Tomorrow!

Tee time tomorrow is 10 am. We will be playing a combination of our two first play day games on the schedule..."Best Nine Holes" and a "Scramble". Hence, a "Best Nine Hole Scramble". This will allow the nine hole golfers to participate. It is our monthly meeting day so Kathleen has planned Chicken Cesar Salads for lunch that will coincide with our JDWGA meeting. The Razzle Dazzle Tournament is this weekend so that will be high on our discussion list.

Opening Day Rained Out?

Today is supposed to be our first day golf with the Women's Golf Association! It's not looking too good from my perspective ~ 70% chance of showers :( I think I will pass. If anyone does play, let me know how it goes and I will post it.

Rally for the Cure

I don't know about the rest of you ladies, but I am exhausted! What a wonderful day... such a mixture of things... from rain to sunshine, from younsters to treasured seniors, from giggles to tears, from great golf shots to well almost.... I think we all came away winners.
