June 3rd Play Day Results... & a little more...

Since a huge group left today for the "Winnemucca Blast", we only had nine gals come play this morning. Too bad because it was a lovely morning! We played low gross, low net in two flights. Winners are:

We had a JDWGA meeting after pizza and golf. We discussed the food and prizes for next week's visitation, our committment to the upcoming Jack and Jenny tournament (lunches and a steak dinner), and we talked about a new event, a "Member-Guest" TGIF golf scramble scheduled for Friday, June 19th. This sounds like lots of fun and a great way to encourage new golfers. The green fees will be only $10 for guests and a "bring your own meat" barbecue will follow. Please mark your calendars and plan on participating!
